I highly recommend working with Austin from Home Grown Roofing! He was absolutely excellent to work with—transparent, professional, and communicative every step of the way. He handled everything with the insurance company smoothly and always responded to my texts in a timely manner. What really stood out to me was how respectful and friendly he was—never once questioning my decision-making or deferring to my husband, which has unfortunately been my experience with other roofing companies in the past. Not your typical roofing company, and I mean that in a good way. First they show up unsolicited and find wind damage on my roof from a recent storm. Then from my kitchen table call my insurance company. Within a week I get a check for $14,000 from Allstate. Several weeks ago, i had Homegrown Roofing and Construction replace my roof that was damaged as a result of a storm.  David Lamphere did a fantastic job and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of properly.  He kept me in the loop with how things were going and was always prompt with his feedback. As a result of his great service, I asked if David Lamphere was able to check on my father's home and he was also able to determine damage from that same storm.  He again worked with the insurance company to help replace the roof and kept me up to date with how things were going.
